We function as a curated release rather than a traditional store—choosing scarce, high-quality Japanese Wagyu cattle by cattle to ensure every true story is preserved and experienced.

Most Wagyu is sold by grade and region. That information matters, but it only tells part of the story. A carcass number tells you the rest. Who bred the animal. Who finished it.
